Mr. Young is a Project Manager
experienced in all phases of environmental management, regulatory
compliance, and waste disposal projects; specializing in chemical labpacks,
waste characterization/minimization, DOT regulations and waste disposal
management. He has implemented and managed all phases of waste
characterization, profiling and waste disposal projects, including disposal
projects for a national consulting company at various PADEP superfund sites.
Mr. Young is a Certified Environmental Inspector, a Certified Environmental
Manager, and a Certified Mold Inspector with the National Accredited
Environmental Assessment Association, and has completed over 40 Phase I
Environmental Site Assessments and numerous Phase II investigations.
He offers significant professional experience as an environmental manager,
with a strong background in waste characterization and waste disposal
management. Mr. Young has managed chemical lab-pack disposal projects
for over 10 school districts in Pennsylvania, and has provided expertise in
the completion of waste disposal permitting forms and facility-wide permits
as well as regulatory compliance for waste management services. |
