Mr. Althouse is an Environmental Technician and Project Manager who possesses field experience with respect to compliance, and remediation projects, specializing in groundwater sampling and management of groundwater remediation systems. He has participated in groundwater and soil sampling and reporting involving several Pennsylvania ACT 2 projects. He offers professional experience in SARA Title III, Section 313 Form R Reporting, SARA Title III, Tier II Reporting and Phase I ESA Reporting. As a technician in the environmental industry, Mr. Althouse offers a strong background in groundwater and soil sampling related to contamination investigations and remediation. Mr. Althouse also is responsible for managing and assisting in several waste disposal activities at the GemChem, Inc. waste processing facility. |
