Mr. Raffoni is a PA Licensed Professional
Geologist with extensive field and project management experience with
respect to all facets of environmental investigation, compliance, and
remediation projects; specializing in site investigation, remediation
construction design, implementation and management. He has designed,
implemented and managed all phases of investigation, construction, and
restoration projects, including several Pennsylvania ACT 2 projects.
Mr. Raffoni is a certified tank remover and subsurface evaluator in New
Jersey, a certified Maryland underground storage system, technician, and has
completed over 350 regulated UST system removals. He offers
significant professional experience as a geologist in the environmental, and
groundwater industries, with a strong background in groundwater and soil
contamination investigations and remediations. Mr. Raffoni has
designed and managed over 40 innovative site-specific remedial systems
including product recovery, zero pressure biosparge, soil vapor extraction,
air sparging, oxygen enhanced aquifer restoration, exsitu-biocell
construction, air strippers, and carbon pump and treats. |
